Victor Zhang P.E.

Victor spent 15 years working in the heavy civil construction industry, leading large estimating and procurement teams on landmark projects across the United States. He has bid over $14 billion dollars worth of projects and led the multinational estimating and procurement team to win the largest construction project in the history of Virginia, at a value of $3.8 billion dollars. He has a deep passion for making work easier and faster using automation and standardization and has implemented dozens of process improvements throughout his career.

Victor has a BS in Civil Engineering, a MS in Construction Management, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York.

Outside of Trestle, Victor is either playing volleyball, rebuilding his 2003 Evo 8, or combing through flight and travel forums for deals to random destinations.
