About the Role:
Trestle is growing, and we need a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our reach. In this high-impact role, you’ll connect with top construction industry leaders, generate meetings with qualified prospects, and play a key part in shaping our sales strategy.
As the first point of contact, you’ll research leads, build relationships, and showcase the power of Trestle’s AI-driven solutions. Working closely with our CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while advancing your career. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through outbound outreach using Pipeline CRM, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring smooth handoffs to Account Executives and CEO.
- Prospect Alignment: Understand construction challenges and position Trestle’s AI-powered platform as the solution.
- Sales Strategy: Work with leadership to refine outreach and lead-generation efforts.
- Relationship Building: Build trust, uncover needs, and educate prospects on Trestle’s value.
- Performance Tracking: Meet outbound targets and provide insights to improve sales.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and leadership to refine messaging and scale sales efforts.
This role connects with construction leaders to drive Trestle’s growth and modernize vendor risk management.
Qualifications:Must-Haves
- Experience: 2+ years in pipeline-building and sales.
- Performance: Proven success in exceeding lead and sales targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage prospects.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, results-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Pipeline CRM, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
- Collaboration: Works effectively with sales and marketing teams.
- Fluent English: Native-level proficiency.
Preferred
- Industry Knowledge: SaaS sales, startup, or construction experience.
- Analytical: Strong planning and execution skills.
- Passion: Interest in technology and industry innovation.
Performance:Weekly Goals
- Outbound Activity: 350–500 total touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Cold Calls: 50+ dials per day (250+ per week).
- Meetings Booked: 10+ with qualified prospects.
- Pipeline Growth: 50+ new qualified leads added.
